The Garmin® Map Source MetroGuide 5 software for your GPS system contains full-coverage map data for the continental U.S. and Alaska and Hawaii, and will provide automatic route calculation on the PC only. It offers the ability to create automatic point-to-point routes using MapSource and features points of interest, including food and drink, lodging, attractions, entertainment, emergency services, post offices, campgrounds, and more.

Some products also require a data card. Trip and waypoint data can be transferred to most other GARMIN GPS units, excluding GPS 100 series and panel-mount aviation units.
